The post-position draw for the Kentucky Derby was made on Tuesday and gave the favorite Essential Quality a draw of post number 14 and thus avoiding the dreaded inside positions in the 147th Run For The Roses. He is now available to bet at odds of +200 on the online sportsbooks

The 1 1/4-mile classic race (also known as the “Fastest Two Minutes in Sports”) is scheduled to take place this coming Saturday (May 1, 2021) at Churchill Downs, Louisville, Kentucky.
