The last week of the college football regular season features battles between fierce rivals and games that will determine conference winners. Week 13 sees title-deciding matchups in the ACC, Big 12, Big Ten, and Pac-12. Although the SEC has both of its championship competitors (Alabama and Georgia) already determined, it bows out with Auburn hosting Alabama for this season’s Iron Bowl game. Get insights and the latest odds for top matchups in Week 13.

As the Buckeyes have won eight games in a row in the series and destroyed the Michigan Spartans 56-7 in Week 12, it’s unsurprising that online sportsbooks have them as the moneyline favorites. However, the Wolverines will still fancy their chances against Ohio State. The two teams are coming off impressive wins over conference rivals, and both go into this matchup looking to secure a Big Ten title. What’s more, this is an unofficial CFP elimination game. Expect this one to go down to the wire.

More than local pride is at stake in this showdown between the No. 13 Oklahoma Sooners and No. 9 Oklahoma State, as they are both fighting for the top spot in the Big 12. This matchup is a de facto CFP elimination game and could be a rehearsal of next week’s Big 12 title matchup. Although the Cowboys have already secured their spot in the championship game, the Sooners aren’t guaranteed to face them if they lose. Rival games this late in the season are always tricky to predict. However, because Oklahoma State has more to play for, many think the oddsmakers have got this one right.

Georgia (#1) @ Georgia Tech

It seems that Georgia Tech is getting the benefit of the doubt with this spread after losing 55-0 at Notre Dame on Saturday. The Bulldogs face their rivals undefeated. A win here will almost definitely secure them a place in the College Football Playoffs regardless of the SEC title game result the following week. The Yellow Jackets would love to spoil the party, but it’s unlikely.

Just like Georgia, Cincinnati is looking to finish the regular season undefeated. However, it will be no mean feat against East Carolina. The Pirates have won four in a row to reach bowl eligibility for the first time since 2014. East Carolina is a huge underdog, but their victories against Marshall, Memphis, and Navy show that they know how to produce shocks. Although the Bearcats should keep their immaculate record, it might not be as easy as the latest odds suggest.

Auburn coach Bryan Harsin will get his first taste of the Iron Bowl this weekend. The Tigers will be aiming to put an end to a three-game losing streak. Therefore, many expect the Tigers to fight hard for three quarters, keeping the game close, but collapse in the fourth. However, others think Auburn could lose by four touchdowns or more if the Tide gets up by 14-17 points in the second quarter.
